First presented in 2003 by Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, the Time-Based Art Festival returns every summer. The multi-day event features distinctive performances, exhibitions, and lectures by an array of local and international artists. With the Time-Based Art Festival, as with other programs, the organization advances new developments in contemporary art across multiple disciplines.
