Jean-Paul Kelly is an artist based in Toronto. His work explores the relationship between materiality and perception through deconstruction and abstraction. Kelly creates experimental videos that pose questions about the limits of representation by examining complex associations in found documentary, photojournalistic materials, and online media streams. Five of the artist's key works are presented.
